Victims of the Tohoku Japan Earthquake

My heart is broken every time I see the plight of the victims of the Northeastern Japan Earthquake in local TV.

Seeing the survivors search amongst the rubbles hoping their family members are still alive, seeing the children in evacuation areas and hearing their moms worried about how to feed them , watching the evacuees with their eyes of grief - worried about their future - their livelihood destroyed by either by the quake or Tsunami - I could not stop my tears from flowing.

How I wish I could go there and help. But my own responsibilities as well as the tough travel logistics would not allow me to.
At this point there are 2 things I can do to help the victims and survivors. I can donate myself and encourage my friends as well as the rest of the world to do so.

For all of us here in Japan let us join hands together and rebuild this great nation once again. GAMBARIMASHO!

In the spirit of philanthropy and humanitarian concern , I would like to share the Google page below:

English:
http://www.google.co.jp/intl/en/crisisresponse/japanquake2011.html

Japanese (日本語)
http://www.google.co.jp/intl/ja/crisisresponse/japanquake2011.html

As we see in the news people in evacuation centers are in dire need of water, food and blankets.

Those who would like to donate can do so via that page and it will be channeled through the Japanese Red Cross Society.

Alternatively, you may send me your donations and I will combine it with mine then sent it to that site using my credit card. In that case all cash donations will be recorded and transparently tracked.

You may also send me your donations paypal, send me an email and I will inform you my account. I will also publish a paypal charity site later.

Warmest regards,

Jun
