Recommended book for Customer Service

The book that I am reading now and that I recommend to those who interact with the customer - Services and Sales primarily is - CEO Speak - Profitable Customer Relationships.

What struck me is the article by Beatriz Infante - former CEO of Aspect Communications and responsible for growing the company at the turn of the millenium, entitled Customer Focus.

I learned that the best way to satisfy your customer is to focus on Customer Success rather than customer satisfaction. In the end your customer's will be loyal to you if you help them succeed in the long term and offer solutions for their growth.
Its a Win-Win strategy.
