Tuna head with eggplant, ocra, komatsuna , spinach and tomatoes in tamarind soup

I saw this tuna head in Maruetsu in Nitta.  Its labeled "Hon-Maguro". Its very nice for Filipino dish called "Sinigang na Isda" i recommend it to Pinoys in Japan, it's reasonable at less that 500 yen.
