"The Result of the Communications is the Response that you Get" - Anthony Robbins Ironically, inspite of multiple modes of communications - chat, e-mails, voice, voice-mail, video etc. - we can see communications break down at large organizations. Why is that? I think our too much reliance on e-mails - which is not exactly a perfect form of communications - cause problems. When sending e-mail people almost always presume that the other party completely understands the thought and emotions he wanted to convey. Only to findout later that the other party, in a totally different circumstances, culture or region can sometimes misinterpret the texts. Eventually, it spirals down into a series of altercation, arguing , fire mails or long threads that accomplish little and worse - blaming game. How will you evaluate that you did an effective communication ? Is not in the grammar or the beauty of words or technical details - its in the actual results earned from that correspo...
